Exercises in Car
Physical exercises offer many health benefits for us. However, we only have little time to go to the gym with the hectic schedule we have these days, especially when we are always stuck in a non-moving traffic. One exercise you can do to relieve tension in your muscles are ankle, wrist and neck exercises, which you can all do while sitting in your car behind the steering wheel. Moreover, sit-ups and press-ups are also possible with the driver’s seat pushed down horizontally. Sit-ups are done with your legs flat on the floor while press-ups are done with your feet on the dashboard. While lying on the seat, bring your upper body upwards to a sitting position with arms across chest. These are just among the many exercises that you can do inside your car while stuck in a heavy traffic. You can devise your own that will suit your preference.
