Foods to Freshen Your Breath
Picture this – you are in the middle of eating a scrumptious meal at your favourite pizza place. Suddenly, your mobile phone rings and it is your boss – asking you to meet with him and a few other colleagues for a very urgent meeting. You know your breath is reeking of onions but you have no mouthwash on hand and you only have 15 minutes to get rid of your stinky breath. What do you do? Simple – ask the waiter for a few herbs. Chewing on parsley, rosemary, or eucalyptus can instantly freshen up your breath.
Another trick is to drink a cup of herbal or green tea. Chewing on crunchy fruits and vegetables can also get rid of food particles stuck between teeth. If none of these foods happen to be available at the moment, do not fret. You can always head to the nearest grocery store and buy a pack of sugarless gum. It can only mask odours, but it is definitely better than nothing.
